What I liked
Honestly, the compensation is the biggest win here. The RSUs provide a level of wealth creation you just don't see at typical Indian IT firms. I also love the office setup in Bangalore; the door-to-door cab service is a lifesaver with the local traffic. Tech-wise, getting to work on global DevOps and SRE data is realy cool and definitely gives you a huge edge in the market.
Areas for improvement
The on-call rotations can be a bit much, especially when they clash with weekend plans or family time. Because we are synced with the US, there are many late-night meetings that make the workday feel way too long. Also, it kinda feels like promotions are heavily tied to what the HQ in the US decides, which can be frustrating when you're working hard on the ground here.
