Intern Review
What I liked
Honestly, the pay is amazing compared to what my friends are getting at big IT firms. The salary hikes here are actually tied to how much you do, which is cool. Also, being remote-first is a life saver because I don't have to deal with the crazy Bangalore traffic every day. Plus, working on AI and chatbot tech is super exciting and I feel like I'm learning things that actually matter for my future career.
Areas for improvement
The shift timings can be a bit rough though. Since we have to sync with teams in Europe, I'm often working late into the night which kinda ruins my dinner plans with family. Also, the quarterly reviews are super intense. It feels like you always have to be "on" and producing stuff at high speed, which can be draining. There's also no transport support if you ever do need to go to the office.

What I liked
I really value the flexibility here. Working remote or hybrid means I don't have to deal with the insane Bangalore traffic every single day, which is a massive relief. The compensation is also quite competitive compared to traditional Indian IT firms. Plus, the flat hierarchy is great—there’s no Sir or Ma'am culture here. I can chat directly with global leadership about technical blockers on slack, which has helped me learn a lot faster.
Areas for improvement
The time zone difference is a realley big issue. Working 2 PM to 11 PM IST to sync with European teams means I miss out on family dinner and evening stuff with friends. Since the core HR is in Poland, the appraisal process feels a bit opaque and sometimes I feel kinda forgotten during promotion talks. Also, we don't get those typical local perks like office cabs or a subsidized cafeteria that my friends at larger MNCs get.
